FL Driver Dies in Reno car Accident


The Nevada Highway Patrol says a Florida man involved in single-vehicle turn over accident on a Reno freeway has died.

RENO, Nev. (AP) - The Nevada Highway Patrol says a Florida man involved in single-vehicle rollover mishap on a Reno freeway has died.
Trooper Chuck Allen says 44-year-old Michael Darling of Fort Meyers died of his hurt early Friday.

Investigators say Darling was driving a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup Thursday afternoon when it struck a cement obstruction on U.S. 395. The truck vaulted about 100 feet in the air and struck a metal light post before it rolled down an embankment.

The cause of crash remains under inquiry.
